Our client, a successful, major motor group have a vacancy for an experienced Motor trade service advisor at their Franchised main dealer.
A Motor Trade service advisor deals directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required
As a service advisor you will need to demonstrate:
• A professional manner both in person and on the telephone
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand
• The ability to use computer systems (Kerridge experience preferable)
• Take ownership of issues to ensure that they are dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer
• Effective explanation of service invoices to customers
• The ability to build sound and long term relationships with customers

A basic salary with generous ‘upsell’ bonus is available together with benefits usually associated with a large dealer group.
