As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, with a primary focus on electrical systems.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary of up to £45,000, based on experience and qualifications.\nGenerous overtime opportunities.\n25 days of annual leave.\nPension scheme.\nTravel paid\nFull training and career development opportunities.\nExcellent company culture and career progression.\nUniform provided.Key Responsibilities:\n\nConduct PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, ensuring optimum performance of building systems.\nPerform general building repairs, plumbing work, drainage, and other duties as required by the client.\nMaintain accurate records of completed tasks via the PDA-based computerised maintenance system.\nCollaborate with specialist subcontractors to complete PPM and reactive work.\nFollow all site-specific procedures and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.\nProactively inspect services and perform repairs as necessary.Requirements:\n\nCity and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.\nFull UK driving license.\nProven experience in commercial and high-end residential building maintenance.If you're an experienced and qualified Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for a rewarding role with excellent prospects, we’d love to hear from you
