Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer\n\nLocation: West London\n£28,000 + OT + Travel Provided\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join a busy commercial maintenance team working across central and west London.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Trainee with strong HVAC knowledge who is looking to gain further experience on a large commercial portfolio with plenty of overtime available.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, working within landlord and tenant areas on high-profile blue-chip sites.\n\nKey Duties\n\n * PPM and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems\n\n * Working on AC units, AHUs, FCUs and general HVAC plant\n\n * Supporting maintenance of large commercial estates\n\n * General building services maintenance tasks\n\n * Working as part of a small, supportive engineering team\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Experience in air conditioning / HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)\n\n * F-Gas qualified (2079 City & Guilds or equivalent)\n\n * Must hold a valid UK driving licence\n\n * Client-facing with a professional attitude\n\n * Able to work methodically, under pressure, and to deadlines\n\nHours\n\nMonday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30\n\nBenefits\n\n * Competitive basic salary (DOE)\n\n * 33 days holiday including bank holidays\n\n * Travel/Oyster card provided\n\n * Pension scheme\n\n * Excellent overtime opportunities\n\nApply today
